Request a quotation
Submit the form below to outline your initiative. We review enquiries against our advisory scope and respond with clarifying questions or a proposal outline - not an automated estimate.
How quotation works
- You submit site context, stage, and constraints.
- We confirm scope fit and request any documents needed.
- We propose deliverables, assumptions, and fee basis (fixed stage or retainer).
- On agreement, we issue an engagement letter and commence reporting rhythms.
Fees depend on complexity, stakeholder count, and programme uncertainty. We do not quote generic per-square-metre rates without understanding approvals risk and consultant interfaces.

Information we need to quote accurately
Quotations depend on stage clarity. Feasibility-only mandates differ materially from multi-year development management. If multiple stakeholders must approve scope, tell us who holds decision rights and expected turnaround for approvals on our proposals.
Confidentiality
Material you submit is treated as confidential within our practice and disclosed only to personnel working on your enquiry unless you authorise otherwise or law requires disclosure.
After you submit
We may request title context, prior consultant reports, or planning correspondence before issuing a fee proposal. A proposal will state deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, and whether fees are fixed for a stage or time-based with caps.
Urgent enquiries
If your matter is time-critical (for example, appeal dates or contract notice periods), state deadlines in the summary field so we can assess capacity to respond.
Attachments
If you have concept plans, planning correspondence, or consultant reports, mention them in your summary. We will request secure transfer if needed after initial review.
Dispute or litigation context
If your enquiry relates to active litigation or adjudication, state that clearly. We may decline or require legal counsel coordination before commenting on contractual entitlements.
Joint ventures
If multiple landowners are involved, name parties and whether a JV agreement exists. Quotation scope depends on governance complexity.
Scope boundaries in proposals
Our proposals state what we will not do as clearly as what we will do. Exclusions typically include legal advice, certified design, valuations, and sales unless separately agreed.
Response timing
We acknowledge substantive enquiries within two business days where possible. Complex mandates may require a short clarifying call before fee proposal issue.
Complete enquiries accelerate accurate proposals. Stage, constraints, decision-makers, and deadlines are as important as site location.
