Our practice is centred on South Australia, with most active work in metropolitan Adelaide and selected regional contexts where we can maintain authority familiarity and site attendance when required. Interstate mandates are considered only where our role is clearly advisory and travel expectations are agreed upfront.
Meetings
We meet at our Gawler Place office, at project sites, or with consultant teams as appropriate. Video conferences are used for progress reporting when efficient. We request agendas and prior material so meetings produce decisions rather than rediscovering background.
Enquiries we cannot assist
We do not respond to unsolicited sales pitches, unrelated recruitment, or requests for certified design, legal opinions, or valuation certificates. Those require appropriately registered professionals.
Referrals from advisers
Legal practitioners, accountants, and financiers sometimes introduce clients. We respond to the owner or authorised representative and confirm scope directly with them before commencing work.
Document security
When sharing planning or contract material, use your preferred secure transfer method. We avoid unnecessary duplication of sensitive files in unsecured channels.
Initial consultation
An initial discussion is typically thirty to sixty minutes, focused on stage, constraints, and whether our advisory scope fits. We do not charge for brief fit-check calls when they remain exploratory; substantive feasibility or site reviews are scoped separately.
Authority and owner-side focus
We represent owner, investor, or proponent interests. We do not act for contractors in disputes against owners, or for authorities. Conflicts are declined at enquiry stage.
Postal correspondence
Formal notices may be sent to our Adelaide office address. Email remains the fastest channel for day-to-day programme matters.
Site visits
We attend sites when delivery risk warrants inspection, not on arbitrary calendars. Visit notes are dated and linked to drawing issues and action owners.
Records and privacy
Project material you share is handled confidentially within our practice for the purpose of assessing and delivering agreed services.
